Manshed Meat Company is dedicated to educating individuals in the art of food processing, specializing in wild game and canning. Our owner brings 15 years of industry experience, offering coaching and tips to help you confidently process your own food. We also foster a supportive online community, cultivate knowledge sharing, and explore workshops that empower our members in their culinary adventures.

With the Manshed Meat Company guidance in 2.5 days we were able to make 4 different flavors of sticks, skinless brats, hotdogs, bacon, 2 flavors of summer sausage, ground hamburger, Italian sausage, breakfast sausage out of 500 total lbs of whitetail/mulely/elk/pork. The best part of producing your own meat processing is you know exactly what ingredients are going in. No fillers. No bad cuts of pork/beef. They know exactly what needs to be done during the processing phase and the smoking phase.
